Celebrating Ruach: Our First Beneficiary and a Beacon of Hope
We are thrilled to share a heartwarming update about Ruach, our very first beneficiary who needed crowdfunding support. With the unwavering love and dedication of his family and friends, we successfully raised over R250,000 for Ruach’s first batch of Trixacar. This incredible achievement allowed us to train a volunteer who traveled to Argentina to collect the medication, arriving just in time for Ruach’s 4th birthday!
Ruach, whose name means “breath of God,” embodies the spirit of resilience and hope. We are delighted to report that he is doing well, surrounded by the love and encouragement of his family and social network. Their continued support not only uplifts Ruach but also enables us to extend our care to other little CF warriors who are on similar journeys.
As we honor Ruach and his family for their remarkable support, we remain committed to bringing hope and assistance to all newly diagnosed children facing the challenges of Cystic Fibrosis. Each contribution, no matter how small, makes a significant difference in the lives of these brave young explorers.
