We’ve focused on building a village of supporters, working tirelessly to provide hope and practical assistance to those in need.
From supporting patients who’ve received medication from Argentina to advocating for Newborn Screening and provide vital resources to newly diagnosed families, every step forward has been a testament to the power of collaboration and determination.
Behind the scenes, we’ve been working closely with national and international partners to drive progress and push for greater access to life-changing treatments.
A key highlight has been our research project with UCT’s Health Economics department, led by Prof. Lucy Cannama and Kelechi Nnene together with Prof. Marco Zampoli, Prof. Brenda and Jack Kline aimed at demonstrating the effectiveness of modulators and advocating for their inclusion in public healthcare.
