Who is SACFA?
The South African Cystic Fibrosis Association (SACFA) is the primary non-profit organisation (NPO) dedicated to supporting, empowering, and advocating for everyone affected by Cystic Fibrosis (CF) in South Africa. Our core mission is to create a unified national body that provides essential support group structures, drives advocacy for access to optimal treatment, and increases nationwide awareness of CF to promote early diagnosis.
